Electrostatic Potential
Electrostatic Potential :- In electrostatic we studied that electric field around a charge particle or system of charges can be represented by a vector quantity , called Electric Field Intensity. There is also a scalar method to represent the degree of electrification of a body called Electrostatic Potential (V) which is of great practical value.
Electrostatic Potential determines the direction of flow of electric charge between two charged bodies when they are brought in contact with each other. Electric charge always flows from a body at higher electric potential to the body at lower electric potential till there electric potential becomes equal.
